How the trial, the billing and the storefront quote work.
What happens when the trial ends?
You add a card in the admin during the trial. The subscription starts when the trial ends, and we email you the day before the first charge. Without a card on file the admin locks until one is added; nothing is deleted.
Is there a contract?
No. The subscription renews monthly or yearly, and you can cancel from the Billing page in the admin.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, from the Billing page. Moving to yearly takes effect right away. Moving back to monthly is scheduled for the end of the yearly term you have already paid for.
Are taxes included?
Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude tax, which is added to each invoice.
Why is the storefront quoted separately?
The storefront is your public website: your own domain, your inventory rendered as real pages, contact and financing forms, test-drive booking. Each one is designed for that dealership rather than assembled from a template, so it is scoped and quoted as its own piece of work.
